Shipping terms
Buyer pays shipping. Approximate shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, total price is determined by the weight of the ready package.
Each item is thoroughly packed with bubble and stretch wrap, the whole package is either reinforced with cardboard insets or put in a cardboard box (depending on items quantity). Besides light scratches or fingerprints on unsealed items, we guarantee that everything is free from physical damage prior to delivery.
The package is usually sent within one to three days after paying the invoice. The Russian Post tracking number will be provided.
Payment
We accept PayPal only. We send you the payment link by e-mail when items are generally prepared for delivery and the total price is determined by the weight of the package. You can cancel your order any time before payment.
Return policy
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within seven days after receiving. Customer pays shipping.
Please remember that cassettes are an analogue medium, slight gaps and variations in sound quality are often unavoidable even for new recordings and should not be considered a problem! While we are constantly striving to improve the quality of our releases they are still remain imperfect like any handmade items.
